Sizing

Our clothing items come in various sizes, and we recommend carefully reviewing the product descriptions and clicking our size chart icon to see the measurements located under the size options of each product to ensure the correct fit for your preferences.

Shipping

At Curvy Mobb our goal is to bring you the products you order as quickly as possible.

Note: We are a brand that utilizes POD (Print on demand) aka made per order, wholesale, and drop shipping items. This means shipping times will vary depending on the item.

Please make sure to read the shipping + returns information in the drop-down menu of each item you choose to order before purchasing.

POD / Made per order - Delivery time 5–8 business days.

Items shipped from our Las Vegas warehouse - Delivery time 5-7 Business days with UPS.

Drop shipped Items - Come from other warehouses in the United States. At this time we only work with manufacturers located in Los Angeles. Delivery time - orders are shipped within 7 business days.

Also note that your order may come in separate packages depending on items.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We only accept returns if the item is damaged or you were sent the incorrect items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, you must request a return within 1-7 business days of your order. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Curvy Mobb is not liable for missing, lost or stolen packages. If your package is shown as "DELIVERED" but you do not see it, check with your neighbors or get in touch with USPS. Your daily mail carrier is your best point of contact. Stolen packages cannot be refunded or reshipped for free. We are not responsible for packages lost by mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves the warehouse or manufacturer.

Invalid or Insufficient Address

If your items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address we will have to charge you to reship your package. If you do not want your package to be reshipped, you will be issued a refund, a shipping fee not included.

Order Cancellations

It is extremely difficult to cancel an order once it has already been placed and sent out. Most cancelations are unsuccessful and this leaves stress on both the company and the customer. For this reason, we do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed and sent out. If you absolutely are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund. Please reference our returns & exchange policy.

Our Las Vegas-based wholesale products are carefully curated to avoid overproduction, while any drop-shipped items are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturers.
